Ruoyu CHEN    

President of CTR Market Research

Madam Chen Ruoyu was one of the founders CTR Market Research (formerly known as CVSC and became the general manager and legal representative of CTR since 1995. In 2001, Madam Chen successfully led CTR to become a joint venture company between CITVC and Kantar Media (formerly known as TNS). Under her leadership, CTR business has expanded from a single product service provider to a full range of market information and insight provider in China, services cover 12 areas of expertise in both marketing and media research.

As one of the pioneers in China media research, Madam Chen started TV audience research back in 1986 and established the country's first audience research network, which has become the world's largest audience panel, reaching 224 cities and 54,000 homes on an ongoing basis. She has been awarded "The Outstanding Employee" by the Central Community of CPC and the State Council. She graduated from the People's University of China and received her MBA from Guanghua School of Management at Peking University in 2001.

Mr. Tian is a highly respected media industry expert with in-depth expertise in advertising strategy as well as media intelligence. His research profession started in TV monitoring back in 1990 as one of the key pioneers in China's media and advertising research industry. He joined CTR Market Research in 1999. Key clients he has served include China Mobile, CCTV, Beijing Dentsu, and various advertising agencies. Mr. Tian Tao is re-elected as the Vice Chairman of the 5th China Advertising Association Council in 2009.

Mr. Hongfu Pan is the Deputy Managing Director of CTR, in charge of Finance, IT, QC and Administrations. Mr. Pan joined CTR as Finance Director in early of 2005. With his solid educational background, he had rich work experiences in finance management roles with multinational companies China business branches before CTR. Mr. Pan has worked in finance professional areas in decades, with solid finance management knowledge and experience. He has an EMBA from Rutgers of The State University of New Jersey.
