- As one of the CTR core values, quality assurance applied by standardized procedures is the force driving CTR forward. Our assurance comes as a commitment with innovative thinking in providing high efficient and quality services to meet client’s market research needs. Since the ISO9001 qualification in 2003, CTR continually advances in quality assurance and successfully being awarded ISO 20252, the new global quality standard for market research industry in 2009. In China CTR is the first domestic MR firm with such an accreditation.

- CTR fully implements the quality assurance procedures governed by ISO9001 and ISO20252 dual standards in production and service processes in strict accordance with the two standards. - CTR builds its quality assurance control system in accordance with international ISO standards, covering control details in setting objectives and operational guidelines for each link of production and service processes.
